If you wish to cancel your order please do write to us at email@example.com and we would transfer your order amount back. This is applicable within 24 hours of placing an order or before the order is dispatched, whichever comes first.
We are sure you will love our brews. However, if you should change your mind and wish to return any purchase made on the website, we are happy to take it back with no strings attached. Simply contact us within 10 days of order reception on firstname.lastname@example.org for a replacement or 100% refund of the purchase price back to your account.

- Your name Date of purchase
- The items you would like refunded
- The reason for the return (optional, but we’ve love to use your feedback to improve our products)

Except in the case of defective or damaged products, the return shipping cost will have to be covered by the you, the customer.
From the date of receipt of the return courier we will take 10 working days to initiate your refund via online transfer to your account. The amount of time it takes before the money is credit back to your account depends on the clearing cycle of your bank
In order to get a defective item replaced write to us at email@example.com within 7 days from the date of delivery and courier the defective item to the address given above. The replacement will be shipped upon receipt and inspection of the defective item.
